• 12 hrs Checkin and 13 noon Checkout.
• We accept all major credit cards.
• We welcome payment by any of the following methods:
  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card
  • Cash
  • Cheque

  

• If payment is made by Cheque, a bank service fee will be charged as applies. Note that all bank charges on money transfers are to be paid by the sender & Cheque has to be realized before check in of the guest.
• A reservation and full payment of hotel accommodation should be completed no less than 7 work-days before arrival date. To make a reservation less than 7 days before arrival date, contact us.
• All changes and additions to your reservation request should be made in written and sent us by fax or email. To avoid misunderstanding of any sort, it is necessary to have a confirmation from our staff.
• We operate a cancellation policy and reserve the right to charge the equivalent of one night's accommodation for any cancellations received less than 7 days before arrival date or in the event of a no show.
• Hotel Roopa Reserves the right for admission & cancellation
• We will try to accommodate your room request however we reserve the right to shift you to either similar or higher categories of rooms.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Group tariff is available on request

• Foreigners require carrying Passport as proof of identity at the time of check in.
• No Guest is allowed to keep in possession of any items that have been specified by the Government of India as illegal. If found will be handed to the custody of the Police department.
• Any dispute aroused in any sort will be dealt in the local jurisdiction of Mysore court
• Hotel Roopa provided no security of any expensive commodity kept by the guest in the room. Safe lockers are provided at free of Cost* at front office
